FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long is a maternity session?

About one hour of shooting! We ask you to come ready (hair/make up ready) so you have more time for your shoot.

How many weeks is ideal for a maternity session?

Maternity sessions are typically done between 28 and 32 weeks. The timing is different for everyone and we recommend that you don’t wait too late because you never know when the baby will actually come!

Where will my photos be taken?

Maternity photos can either be done in our Rice Village studio or on-location, depending on your preference and vision! We love to stylize our maternity shoots so if you have any image inspiration, don’t be afraid to show us!

What should I wear?

Show off your bump! Something comfortable and flattering to your form. We have a few maternity dresses that you are welcome to wear. Feel free to contact us on our styles and colors!

Can I bring someone to my shoot?

Of course! Some clients want to have their partner or other children in some maternity shots and that’s okay! Keep in mind that our studio is small an can fit two adults comfortably.
