The studio in Rice Village
Our studio at 2414 Sunset Blvd is 1,800 square feet, with seamless backgrounds and enough height to shoot full-length. That last part matters more than it sounds: plenty of sessions get cropped at the knees simply because the room ran out of ceiling. We keep a full lighting kit rather than one setup, so the look comes from what the shoot needs clean and corporate, soft and editorial, or hard and graphic instead of from whatever the room can do. There’s a changing room, a makeup station, a seating area, coffee and refreshments. On a single headshot that’s a nice-to-have. On a team day with twenty people rotating through, it’s the difference between an efficient morning and twenty colleagues standing in a hallway. Parking is free, in our own lot. In Rice Village that is not a given, and it’s worth knowing before you plan your morning.

When to book
June through September is our busiest stretch for ERAS and medical residency headshots, because applications open in September and everyone needs a compliant photo before then. Book by early summer if you want a choice of times. Spring fills with graduation and senior portraits, and October and November are family season holiday cards, mostly, and those weekends go first. Q4 brings corporate teams spending what’s left of the year’s budget, which is also the best time to book a full team headshot day while schedules are quiet. January and February are generally our quietest months, making early Q1 the best window to secure flexible studio availability with minimal lead time.

Edited photos are delivered same-day for most orders. Large catalogs are delivered in batches as they’re finished, and product video follows in 7–10 business days.
What if I need to reschedule?
We have a 24 hour prior rescheduling policy. Just make sure to reach out to us and we will work with you to find a better time and date!
Can you photograph products that are hard to shoot, like glass, metal, or jewelry?
Yes. Reflective and transparent products are shot with polarizers and diffused lighting, and jewelry is focus-stacked so every detail is sharp.
Do you offer product video too?
Yes. While everything is already lit, we can film 360° spins, demos, and short lifestyle clips for Amazon, social, and your website. We also offer specialized product video services.
