FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the turnaround time?

We ask for 7-10 days after your event to provide you with all your retouched digital images. We do offer same day edits and expedited edits for particular events in case you need photos for press or social media. We understand the upkeep of social media and you may need some images before you receive all of them and that is okay!

What's included in my package?

All our event photography packages include

Coverage of your event or particular times you need coverage for
1 photographer
all your retouched digital images

Depending on the size if your event, we may recommend having more than one photographer to the max amount of coverage.

Do you travel outside Houston TX?

We love to travel! Some locations in the outskirts of Houston will require a travel fee. If your event is outside of Houston, we just ask for hotel and flight accommodations that can be included in your quote.

What if we’re planning the event from outside of Houston, Texas?

We are happy to maintain constant contact via phone/email/video chat. All of our quotes and contracts are delivered through a digital portal an can be completed online.
