FAQs

Where will my product photographs be shot?

You have two options here. You can come to our Houston studio, where your products can be shot on black and white backgrounds. Or, if your products are hard to travel with, our product photographers can easily come to you.

Will I need to provide a model if I want to show my products being used?

Yes, we usually ask our customers to provide models when doing product photography sessions. However, if you cannot provide a model in time for your session, we can do it for you. Just please let us know quickly to see if we have someone ready and available!

Do I have the copyright to my photos?

Although some Houston product photographers might ask for copyrights to your products, we don’t. Once your photos are delivered, you immediately gain all the rights to them. We even state that in a contract that all our clients sign before shooting sessions.

When will I receive my product photos?

Although the exact time might depend on the number of product photographs and required edits, we always try to deliver your photos via Dropbox within 7-10 days after your sessions, all edited and ready to be posted on your online store!
